Hi,

I have this exact problem on Windows XP with a FreeAgent GoFlex drive. The connector already is correctly seated as even after cutting extra plastic it does not want to go further. Plus, I can feel and hear the drive spinning. It just does not show up in Windows XP SP3 :(

Please help!

I installed the drivers and followed the rest of the instructions. I'm able to see the drive in the Intel Management interface but not in the OS. I'll continue fighting with it.
